By submitting a GMI contest application, pitch materials, or related content, you represent that you own or have the right to share that content, and you grant GMI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content to run the contest and to promote GMI events, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You and GMI each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Dallas, Texas, to protect its intellectual property or confidential information pending arbitration.Severability; Waiver
